DescriptionConvict 13 (Metro, 1920). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Following a series of popular two-reelers costarring with Fatty Arbuckle, Keaton continued climbing higher up the Hollywood ladder by taking the reins as a writer and director in his own films. Joseph M. Schenck had so much faith in the young comedian, that he gave Keaton his own production unit and team of writers, appropriately called Buster Keaton Comedies. Never before seen at Heritage, this fine card features the full image that is featured on the film's one sheet, and has been professionally restored to correct pinholes, creasing, and mild tears. There were also tears into the prison guards on the right side. The borders and parts of the background have been airbrushed. Fine+.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
