Offered for only the third time in our history, Heritage is once again proud to present this Argentinean one sheet for the classic Hitchcock thriller, To Catch a Thief. Winner of the Academy Award for Best Color Cinematography, this film stands among the director's most visually sumptuous films and famously drew Cary Grant out of retirement. Grant stars as John Robie, a reformed jewel thief whose quiet life on the French Riviera is disrupted when a copycat criminal frames him, prompting a stylish pursuit to clear his name-with the captivating heiress Frances Stevens (Grace Kelly) eagerly joining the adventure. Touchup has been somewhat visibly applied to address fold wear, pinholes, fold and crossfold separation, tears (including one 10.5" one within the lower image), and small chipping. Some of this, as well as a stamp in the upper image and a small stain along the right border, remains.
