Description

World War II Propaganda (Think American Institute, 1943). Fine/Very Fine on Linen. Think American Poster No. 182 (20" X 27") "Great Americans Don't Take Time Off."
Emphasizing the vital link between industry and the front lines, this World War II poster pairs factory workers in action with advancing soldiers to stress the urgency of uninterrupted production in support of the war effort. A restored poster that displays signs of use. Slightly noticeable touchup has endeavored to address edge and corner wear, creases and handling wear, pinholes, minor tears, and a few scratches. Most of this, as well as some smudges, remain. Additionally, there are graphite markings along the bottom linen border. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
