    Description

Tit for Tat (MGM, 1935). Folded, Very Fine. One Sheet (27" X 41").
A first-time offering at Heritage, this stone litho one sheet is sure to be a hit among classic comedy collectors, as Heritage believes this to be the only copy of the poster known. Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy were perhaps the most famous comedy duo of the Golden Age of Hollywood. Their films continue to delight new audiences via streaming services to this day. This beautiful poster has been folded with an extra vertical fold mirrored on both sides of the poster. There is some slight fold separation in the upper vertical fold and some slight title ghosting on the right side above Laurel. The paper is very white and supple, and the colors are vibrant. We believe this poster was never previously used nor displayed.

    Estimate: $4,000 - $8,000.
