DescriptionThree Men and a Girl (Paramount, 1921). Swedish One Sheet (22.5" X 34.25").
Director Marshall Neilan gave Marguerite Clark's career a boost with this amusing little comedy. A trio of grumpy misogynists (Richard Barthelmess, Percy Marmont and Jerome Patrick) rent a house in the country in an effort to avoid feminine contact. Into this manly idyll bursts Clark, who is running away from her own wedding -- she hates the groom. The trio of women haters do their best to resist the girl's charms, but naturally every last one of them falls in love with her. There are small holes in the borders and in the image, additional folds, and creasing. The chartex is trimmed to the border, and not into the poster. Fine/Very Fine on Chartex.
