    Description

    The Cameraman (MGM, 1928). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Buster Keaton, one of the comic geniuses of the silent era, starred in his first film for MGM Studios as a tintype photographer who falls head over heels for a girl who works at the studio. He grabs a newsreel camera and goes to work trying to win the girl's heart. This amazingly clean and bright card is one Heritage has never offered before. Probably one of the best cards from the set, Keaton is shown with the heroine he is trying to win, Marceline Day, on their first date at the city pool. Obviously she is having trouble with the attention Buster is getting! This film is considered by fans and critics to be Keaton still in top form, and it was added to the National Film Registry in 2005 as being deemed "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." The card itself is absolutely spotless and in incredible condition. Near Mint.
