Description

So This is Paris (Warner Brothers, 1926). One Sheet Style A (27" X 41"). This Ernst Lubitsch comedy film tells the story of a faithful doctor and his wife who are tempted into having affairs when exposed to a ruckus dance team. Although there is much suggested in the film, there isn't a single censurable image throughout, which made the movie a favorite of audiences and critics alike. Ernst Lubitsch was a master silent era filmmaker and the most widely imitated comic director of the sound era. This beautiful poster is a fabulous illustration of one his earlier works, created during the gaiety of the roaring 1920s. Very Fine on Linen.
