Seven Chances (Metro Goldwyn, 1925). Insert (14" X 36").
Buster Keaton plays a partner in a financial brokerage firm that is on the brink of financial ruin when he is presented with his grandfather's will, according to which he is bequeathed seven million dollars on the condition that he marry by 7:00 p.m. on his 27th birthday, which happens to be that same day. With the help of his partner and a lawyer, Keaton must find a bride. From the heyday of Keaton's comic genius, films such as Seven Chances would go on to establish him as one of the foremost comic talents of the silent era. Heritage has only sold one other item (a lobby card) from the original release of this picture, and this particular piece is in remarkable condition. Other than two small pieces of tape on the verso, this poster is clean, bright, and intact. Keaton fans shouldn't let this one slip away! Rolled, Very Fine+.
