    Description

Red Hair (Paramount, 1928). Swedish One Sheet (27.5" X 39.5").
Clara Bow and her wonderfully stylized copper mane absolutely erupt from the surface of this gorgeous Swedish one sheet. Red Hair was Bow's first picture for Paramount, and considered a lost film for many years, before fragments began to emerge in relatively recent times. The breezy romantic comedy came out just before her transition to the talkies, and was based on a novel by Elinor Glyn, who was famously responsible for popularizing the concept of the It girl, of which Clara Bow was the cardinal example. This highly uncommon poster is offered as a Heritage first, and one would be hard-pressed to find a piece with such fantastical imagery, and in such wonderful condition - showing only slight edge wear, and a few light creases. Folded, Very Fine/Near Mint.
