    Description

My Favorite Wife (RKO, 1947). First Post-War Release French Grande (46" X 63").
A woman (Irene Dunne) was shipwrecked for seven years, rescued, and returns home on the same day her husband (Cary Grant) marries another woman. Grant is torn between two beauties on this bright French Grande, rarely presented by Heritage. Known for his bold use of color and energetic compositions, French illustrator Roger Jacquier, aka "Rojac" (1913-1997), created another winning poster. We've not seen much paper for this film, and Rojac's version is by far the best looking piece to surface. The Grande is in immaculate condition, and receives the highest grade for a poster on linen. Very Fine+ on Linen.
