Mutts to You (Columbia, 1938). One Sheet (27" X 41"). Moe, Larry and Curly are professional dog washers. They find a baby on their doorstep, and thinking it to be abandoned, take it home. When they read in the paper the baby is believed to have been kidnapped, they disguise Curly as the baby's mother and try to sneak past the local cop. This famous short was directed by silent screen comedian Charley Chase and co-stars Bess Flowers, Lane Chandler and Vernon Dent. All early pre-1940 Three Stooges posters are considered the cream of the crop by collectors. This pretty poster has cellophane tape supporting most of the fold lines on the poster's reverse and has been rolled. There are pin holes in each corner and a couple of small tears in the border of the lower right corner. There is a miniscule chip off of the upper right corner within the border and minor tears in the right border. There is no tape bleed through on this poster, and the colors are outstanding. It would look mint were it backed. Fine/Very Fine.
