Koo Koo Knights (Weiss Brothers Artclass Pictures, 1920). Lobby Card (11" X 14"). Comedy.Starring Snub Pollard. The "Weiss" brothers, Louis, Max, and Adolph, began producing films around 1920 using several known comedians. They worked with Snub Pollard, Ben Turpin, Jimmy Aubrey and others, producing a bevy of low budget short comedies that were rarely copyrighted or even reviewed. A few scarce surviving lobby cards, like this one, an occasional release chart, and a few advertisements and surviving prints are the only proof the films even existed! An unrestored lobby card with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have edge wear with a chip in the top left, pinholes with small chips, faint border stains and smudges, and corner bumps and creases.
