    Description

    Cinders of Love (S.A. Lynch, R-1920). One Sheet (27.5" X 41").
Chester Conklin and Slim Summerville star in this Keystone Comedy short from producer Mack Sennett. Interestingly, both actors ran away from home to pursue their dreams of acting. Conklin was the son of a minister who would never approve of a film career, and Summerville simply fell under the spell of wanderlust. Both actors enjoyed multi-decade movie careers, and this silent comedy showcases their comedic talents. This stone litho one sheet from an early reissue of the film is in remarkable condition, showing only a tape stain at the bottom right, and a piece of tape in the top, right and left border. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
