    Christmas at Camp 119 (Minerva, 1947). Italian 2 - Fogli (39.5" X 54.75") Giorgio Olivetti Artwork.
Some of the biggest names of Italian cinema feature in this bittersweet comedy, headlining such stars as the famed actor/director Vittorio De Sica, Aldo Fabrizi, Peppino De Filippo, and Massimo Girotti. They play a group of soldiers awaiting their release from a POW camp at Christmas, reminiscing about their lives before the war and what they hope still waits for them back home. The men all come from different regions and speak different dialects, driving home the message that Italy must stand united in the aftermath of World War II. It's the first time Heritage has ever sold any paper for this title, and this poster showcases the excellent talents of artist Giorgio Olivetti with a larger than life portrait of Fabrizi. It has edge and fold wear, small crossfold separations, pinholes, and border tears. There is some fold toning and tape stain bleedthrough from cellophane tape on the verso. Folded, Fine+.
