Boom in the Moon (Caesar Film, 1950s). First Release Italian 4 - Fogli (55" X 78") Carlantonio Longi Artwork.
A notable, and somewhat infamous, picture in the annals of Buster Keaton's catalog, Boom in the Moon marks Keaton's only Mexican production. Sadly, it was also the last time Keaton had a starring role in a feature film, going on to appear in bit parts, cameos, television programs, and short comedies. Italian artist Carlantonio Longi does the comedian justice in this whimsical large format poster, the first paper Heritage has ever offered for the film. Touchup has been applied to the folds and reattached paper loss at the top of the vertical fold. Unaddressed issues include edge wear, small tears, and minor chipping. The poster displays warping from the backing process. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.

    Estimate: $400 - $800.
