DescriptionBlow-Up (MGM, 1967). Very Fine on Linen. Italian 4 - Fogli (55" X 77.5") Ercole Brini Artwork.
A young Vanessa Redgrave and David Hemmings are directed by Michelangelo Antonioni in this well-known 1960s murder/mystery thriller about a wealthy fashion photographer in "mod" London who believes he has accidentally photographed a murder. Filled with "Sixties Psychedelic" imagery by Italian poster artist, Ercole Brini, and boasting eye-popping color, this large format Italian poster will make an excellent addition to any serious collection. Professional restoration has corrected slight fold wear and separation, a small tear, and a couple of minor crossfold chips. There is a mild warp to the linen. The linen has been trimmed to the borders, but not into the poster.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
