DescriptionBattling Butler (MGM, 1926). CGC Graded Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Milksop millionaire Alfred Butler (Buster Keaton) must grow a backbone if he intends to woo the object of his affection, Sally O'Neil. And indeed he does, by impersonating and then challenging the true Battling Butler, a boxing champ played by Francis McDonald. By the looks of this vibrant lobby card, the guy may have gotten more than her bargained for with his little charade. This card shows some foxing towards the bottom with faint stains and light toning in the borders. CGC has given the card a rating of 8.0, but we at Heritage believe it to have a different grade. Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
