DescriptionBambi (RKO, 1948). Folded, Very Fine-. First Post-War Release French Grande (46.75" X 62.75") Bernard Lancy Artwork.
Production on Bambi started in 1936, but because of Walt Disney's relentless pursuit of perfection, the picture didn't see release until 1942. Said perfection paid off, however, as this beautiful film would go on to become one of the most beloved animated features of all time. This wonderful poster with artwork by the great Bernard Lancy shows mild edge wear with a few small tears, fold wear and slight fold separations, and a couple of pinholes in the top borders. There is also a small chip in the top horizontal fold, image ghosting in the background, and a strip of toning at the top. Folded, Very Fine-.
Estimate: $1,400 - $2,800.
