    Description

Ball of Fire (RKO, 1941). Very Fine- on Linen. One Sheet (27" X 41").
Gary Cooper and Barbara Stanwyck star in this very loose remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (in fact, the title of that film shows up on a marquee in the film). Cooper and seven other professors have shut themselves off from the world while writing a comprehensive encyclopedia of the slang language. Into their lives comes "Sugarpuss" O'Shea, played at full throttle by Stanwyck, on the run from her gangster boyfriend and looking to shake up their staid existence. There were pinholes in the borders, a small chip to the left of the center crossfold, a minor chip in the upper crossfold, and small chips in the borders. Touchup has been applied to the folds.

    Estimate: $1,200 - $2,400.
