DescriptionBack to the Future (Universal, 1985). Proposed British One Sheet Proof (27" X 40").
Every sci-fi and pop culture fan can instantly recognize the illustration of Michael J. Fox and Doc Brown's blazing DeLorean from this fan favorite film. However, the posters in Britain nearly had a very different image to advertise the electrifying adventure, particularly homing in on the movie's take on time travel. Heritage is please to offer a very rare British poster proof of a proposed one sheet for the region, with a fantastic image designed by Bob Palmer. The studio printed only about forty of these proofs, all of which had their printer marks and guides trimmed, and only three of these posters are thought to have survived to this day. A great treat for fans of the franchise, this poster has edge wear with creasing and small tears. Rolled, Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
