Silly Symphony (United Artists, 1934). Stock Technicolor One Sheet (27" X 41").Not to be missed by animation poster collectors, this fun loving one sheet features the first appearance of Walt Disney's Donald Duck, with his original long duckbill, on any poster. Adding to the uniqueness is that due to the Depression, and in an attempt to cut expenses, United Artists shifted to a "stock" one sheet format, a first for the studio. Showcasing a delightful and very playful image, this linen backed Technicolor stock poster has pinholes in the corners of the background, and some staining in the lower right corner. Touchup has been applied to the folds. The linen is trimmed to the edge of the border, and not into the poster. The exact poster dimensions are 27.5" X 41". Very Fine- on Linen.
