    Description

    Peter Pan (RKO, 1953). One Sheet (27" X 41").
If you still believe in childlike wonderment, adventure, and that growing up is overrated, this delightful one sheet featuring Peter Pan and the gang is the one for you! After almost two decades of planning and production, Walt Disney's vision of J. M. Barrie's Peter Pan finally hit movie screens in 1953 and met with resounding success. The story of the perpetual boy, Peter, and his escapades in Neverland, his encounters with the Darling family, and of course, the villainous Captain Hook, are beautifully rendered by Disney's famed "Nine Old Men," the animators who were responsible for the distinctive Disney animation style. The poster shows mild edge and fold wear, slight fold separations, small tears in the borders, and creasing near the edges. There are scattered pinholes into the interior with minor bits of touchup. The verso has archival tape at the lower left horizontal fold and a tear at the upper left background. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
