    Description

    Peter Pan (RKO, 1953). Folded, Fine+. One Sheet (27" X 41").
    Nearly 20 years in the making, Walt Disney's version of J. M. Barrie's Peter Pan finally hit movie screens in 1953 and met with resounding success. The story of the boy who wouldn't grow up, his escapades in Neverland, his encounters with the Darling family and the villainous Captain Hook, are beautifully rendered by Disney's famed "Nine Old Men," the animators who were responsible for the distinctive, lush Disney animation style. The poster shows such signs of use as slight fold wear and separations, pinholes, small tears, and minor chips. There are soft creases, some faint staining, light image ghosting, as well as mild ink stamp bleedthrough. There is a strip of paper tape in the left border that wraps around to the verso.
