Description
Peter Pan (RKO, 1953). (60) Keybook Photos (8" X 11").This is an amazing group of keybook photos for the making of the Disney animated classic. Of the 60 images many are renderings by famed Disney artists Fred Moore and Marc Davis. Peter Pan was begun by Disney prior to the outbreak of WWII but was not resumed until the early 1950s. Included are varying renderings of the pre-WWII Tinkerbell! Also included here are images of artist Roy Williams, who would become well known on the The Mickey Mouse Club TV series. There are photos of Roy doing personal appearances and producing sketches of the Peter Pan characters. There are photos of artist John Hench and ink and paint men as well as other members of the crew. This is a wonderful and rare group of Disney keybook photos. Almost all of the photos are backed with a linen cloth to attach the binder hole strip. Very Fine.
