Pluto Stock (RKO, 1943). Australian Daybill (13" X 30"). Originally, Walt Disney developed Pluto because he thought Mickey should have a pet, but at various and unexplained times, Minnie and Donald took care of him as well. His dubious parentage led Pluto to seek validation elsewhere, in the two great loves of his life, Fifi and Dinah. Fans have argued about what kind of dog Pluto is, especially when compared to the other famous Disney dog, Goofy. In Mickey's words, "He's just a mutt." This Australian daybill showcases Pluto in beautiful stone litho, with almost no detectable wear. Near Mint.
