DescriptionThe Four Feathers (Paramount, 1929). Window Card (14" X 22").
Fay Wray and William Powell are featured on this seldom offered window card inspired by the gripping Crimean war drama The Four Feathers. A British army officer resigns his post just before his regiment goes off to battle, and is "rewarded" with a gift of four feathers (a symbol of cowardice) by his friends. The officer actually intends to go undercover and redeem his honor. The window card has smudges in the top border, nicks in the top right and bottom corners, the top left corner is rounded, foxing on the top left side and along the bottom. Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $300 - $600.
