    Description

Shadows of the North (Universal, 1923). One Sheet (27" X 41"). William Desmond was Irish-born, and raised in New York. By the time he made his debut in films in 1915, he was the owner of his own theatrical company. He soon became a star in westerns and serials. This film was about gold mining and claim jumpers, but is noteworthy as being only the second film in which Rin-Tin-Tin, the screen's wonder dog, is featured. This poster has had extensive restoration but now appears in very fine condition. Good on Linen.
