Not only have these wonderful other company lobby cards for Beau Geste never been offered before at Heritage, we believe that they have not been offered at any other auction within the last quarter of a century, if ever. A remarkably rare complete set, the cards capture the sweeping adventure of the classic film with striking images of its stars. Telling the story of three brothers who enlist in the French Foreign Legion, Beau Geste intertwines themes of sacrifice and honor with a tale of desert conflict and enduring brotherhood. In great condition given their age, these other company cards contain corner bends and chips, pinholes with tears, creases, smudges/scuffs, a handful of border tears, subtle stains/staining, and light toning.
