    Description

    Yojimbo (Toho, 1961). Argentinean Poster (29" X 43").
Toshiro Mifune is a masterless, mysterious, and nameless samurai who sets warring gangs against each other, saving a terrorized town, in this Akira Kurosawa classic. Based on Red Harvest, the detective novel by Dashiell Hammett, the film would be remade only a few years later by director Sergio Leone as A Fistful of Dollars, the first of his "Man with No Name" trilogy starring Clint Eastwood. Action director Walter Hill would later take on the material with the Bruce Willis actioner, Last Man Standing. Offered here is an exciting Argentinean poster showcasing the star of the film. It has only light edge wear, and an additional vertical crease. Very Fine.
