Vanishing Point (20th Century Fox, 1971). Fine+ on Linen. British Quad (30" X 40") Tom Chantrell Artwork.Barry Newman, Cleavon Little and a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T, with a 440 cubic-inch V-8, star in this low budget chase film now a cult classic. A former Marine (Newman) outruns cops in an attempt to deliver a car to San Francisco. This is probably the best poster for the title with Tom Chantrell artwork. The poster prior to backing had a lower left and right corner missing - the lower left extending into the copyright information. There is airbrushing to the borders and lower white credit area. The work was well done and the poster now displays very well.
