Description

The Charge of the Light Brigade (Warner Bros., 1948). Folded, Fine-. First Post-War Release Italian 2 - Fogli (39" X 55") Luigi Martinati Artwork.
This was Errol Flynn's second star vehicle in Hollywood and has one of the best cavalry charges in film history. It's an unexpected sensitive performance from Flynn that distinguishes the film from more standard fare, as he loses the lovely Olivia de Havilland to Patric Knowles. Heritage is pleased to offer this Italian poster for the first time. Signs of use include fold wear and separations, pinholes, small chips, and tears. Also present is smudging, staining, toning, and writing bleedthrough. There are a couple of tax stamps in Errol Flynn's image and some pieces of archival tape on the verso bracing tears.
