Ron O'Neal portrays a successful cocaine dealer who wants out of the business and decides to put together one last big score. The popular soundtrack for the film was composed and performed by Curtis Mayfield, which included the hit songs "Freddie's Dead," "Pusherman," and the title tune, "Superfly."
