    Description

Devil Dogs of the Air (Warner Brothers, 1935). Three Sheet (41" X 81"). Adapted from a novel by John Monk Saunders The Dawn Patrol, James Cagney plays a reckless stunt flyer Tommy O'Toole, who is encouraged to join the Marine Flying Corps by his old Brooklyn buddy Pat O'Brien. An undeniably talented flyboy, O' Toole is also brash, obnoxious and pugnacious, quickly earning the enmity of his fellow trainees. This is, of course, until he proves himself in battle. This magnificent three sheet is one of the best posters ever produced for a Warner Brothers film! Pictured on a full page in Rebello and Allen's Reel Art, this poster has been mounted on linen and had only the most minor cross fold touch up done. Very Fine+ on Linen.
