Innumerable collectors credit none other than graphic designer Tyler Stout for generating their interest in Alternative Movie Posters. A specialist in portraiture and detailed compositions, he's one of the premier artists to publish their work through Mondo and popularized modern poster art.

Over the last decade and a half, the Alternative Movie Poster has emerged as a cutting-edge collectible with a rapidly growing base of artists, fans, and galleries. Many modern collectors are turning away from the traditional, mass-produced movie posters of decades past and migrating to these high quality, limited-edition prints. Part pop culture and part fine art, these unique reimaginings of cult cinema are much rarer and more beautiful than the offset one sheets churned out for theatrical consumption each year.
