Description
Ben-Hur (MGM, 1959). One Sheet (27" X 41"). The epic directed by William Wyler is the first of only three films to win eleven Oscars. Judah Ben-Hur (Charlton Heston) returns from slavery to take revenge on his former friend Messala (Stephen Boyd), the Roman who falsely convicted him. Co-starring in the film are Jack Hawkins, Haya Harareet and Hugh Griffith. This one sheet has a small scuff in the background of the image area, and soiling in the lower quadrants and along the edge. This is not the Road Show one sheet, but it is still impressive in it's own right, with the "Ben-Hur" logo dominating the field.
