Description

The Best Years of Our Lives (RKO, 1946). Fine/Very Fine. Photos (6) & Linen Backed Keybook Photos (6) (8" X 10"). Academy Award Winners.
Vintage gelatin silver, single and double weight, glossy finish photos. Starring Myrna Loy, Fredric March, Dana Andrews, Teresa Wright, Virginia Mayo, Hoagy Carmichael, Cathy O'Donnell, Harold Russell, Gladys George, and Roman Bohnen. Directed by William Wyler. Unrestored photos that display signs of use. May include light edge wear, small tears, chips, creases, surface blemishes and indentations, checking, toning, smudges, or stains. One of the photos is a reprint and has writing in the borders, as well as adhesive remnants and cellophane tape on the verso. Several of the photos have writing, stickers, or ink stamps on the verso. A few of the photos have studio snipes on the verso attached with adhesive or cellophane tape. The keybook attachment for the keybook photos has been removed. Several of the keybook photos have uneven or trimmed edges consistent with studio manufacturing.
