    Featured in this lot is a hard cover copy of Platoon by Dale A. Dye, which is based on the motion picture screenplay by Oliver Stone. Also included in this lot is a British hard cover copy of The Golden Child (Severn House, 1987) by George C. Chesbro based on the screenplay by Dennis Feldman, a soft cover copy of Little Shop of Horrors (Perigee Books, 1986) by Robert and Louise Egan based on the screenplay by Howard Ashman, a hard cover copy of Contact (Simon & Schuster, 1985) by Carl Sagan, a hard cover Star Trek novel How Much for Just the Planet? (Pocket Books, 1987) by John M. Ford, and a soft cover copy of Monterey Pop (Chronicle Books, 1992) by Joel Selvin with photos by Jim Marshall. Unrestored books with bright color and a clean overall appearance. They may have general signs of use, such as slight spine and edge wear, small corner bumps, or minor dust jacket or cover wear. The hard covers each come with their original dust jackets, which are protected in mylar sleeves. From the collection of the late John L. Williams, noted Star Wars collector.
