On the Waterfront (Columbia, 1954). Fine on Linen. Trimmed Belgian (13.75" X 19.25"). Academy Award Winners.Starring Marlon Brando, Karl Malden, Lee J. Cobb, Rod Steiger, Pat Henning, James Westerfield, Tony Galento, Tami Mauriello, John F. Hamilton, John Heldabrand, Rudy Bond, Don Blackman, Arthur Keegan, Abe Simon, Eva Marie Saint, Martin Balsam, Pat Hingle, and Leif Erickson. Directed by Elia Kazan. A restored poster with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. Prior to restoration it had slight edge and fold wear, minute fold separations, minor chips and tears, paper loss, pinholes, and creases. It displays well after the chips were replaced and some were treated with touchup. The poster sustained slight post-restoration staining in the bottom border. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades.
