    Description

Gone with the Wind (MGM, R-1953). French Double Grande (63" X 94.5").
We don't need to say just how important David O. Selznick's monumental production is in the world of cinema. However, we cannot say enough about this absolutely stunning double grande from the film. Showcasing a dazzling image from famed artist Roger Soubie, this impressive large format poster is just as grand as the Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh starring epic. A truly rare find, few French posters of this size survived, as the majority were pasted to walls, only to be pasted over shortly thereafter. With vibrant and saturated colors, this incredible poster features one of the best images from any paper on the title. Collectors will not want to miss the opportunity to add this jaw-dropper to their collection. In excellent condition, only touchup to minor paper loss at the folds was required. Very Fine on Linen.
