DescriptionCavalcade (Fox, 1933). Half Sheet (22" X 28") Portrait Style.
Based on Noel Coward's stage hit, Cavalcade shows the ups and downs of an upper-class British family and their servants during the first thirty years of the 1900s. The death of Queen Victoria, the Boer War, World War I, the Jazz Age, the Depression, and even the Titanic disaster all have meaningful impacts on their lives. Paper on the title is always in high demand and not to be passed up by collectors. Professional restoration to this Heritage first has corrected pinholes, creases, and a few small holes in the background. The borders, background, lettering, and parts of the image have been airbrushed. Fine+ on Paper.
Estimate: $2,000 - $4,000.
