DescriptionAbbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (Universal International, 1948). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
In a stroke of marketing genius, Universal paired up two of their greatest comedic duo with a trio of the studio's most famous monsters in this classic horror spoof. Here we see an unsuspecting Lou Costello as he's stalked by the transformed Wolf Man, played by Lon Chaney Jr., a great shot of two of the film's biggest stars. A fine piece, this lobby card has only a smudge in the right border, a pinhole in Costello's eyebrow, and minor corner bumps. Very Fine+.
Estimate: $700 - $1,400.
