Description

    A Hard Day's Night (United Artists, 1964). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Beatlemania hit the U.S. hard in 1964 and United Artists wanted to cash in before the enthusiasm subsided. Working within a tight $500,000 budget, director Richard Lester turned out A Hard Day's Night in only 6 1/2 weeks and the film was in the theatres three months after the shooting had commenced. The film turned out to be one of the finest rock 'n' roll movies ever made and was based on "a typical day" in the lives of the Fab Four. A one sheet every Beatles fan should own, this poster has some pinholes in the outer background, a crease along the upper border, and some faint ink stamp and writing bleedthrough. Folded, Very Fine.

    Estimate: $600 - $1,200.
