    Paramount Exhibitor Calendar & Spring-Summer Exhibitor Book (Paramount, 1923-1924). Exhibitor Calendar (11.25" X 14") & Exhibitor Book (10" X 12.75).
    Offered here are two fantastic Paramount exhibitor items from the mid-1920s. The Spring and Summer Paramount exhibitor book from 1924 includes full page dedications to Gloria Swanson in A Society Scandal, Pola Negri in Montmartre, Cecil B. DeMille's Triumph, In the First Degree, The Humming Bird, and many more. There is also a two page center piece from the Cecil B. DeMille's epic The Ten Commandments, which features beautiful artwork by Hilliker. Included is a leather bound exhibitor calendar spanning from August of 1923 to December of 1924. Each month features a different film and/or film highlight. Titles include, the Gloria Swanson picture Bluebeard's 8th Wife, Lawful Larceny, Pola Negri in The Cheat, Zaza, The Purple Highway, All Must Marry, Taming the Whirlwind, Salomy Jane, The Silent Partner, Ruggles of Red Gap, Mortal Love to the Last Man, The Love Piker, and Hollywood. There is an entire page toward the end of the calendar discussing the production of Hollywood, and the vast number of players involved. The final page offers a photo collage of some of the famous Paramount stars, artists and directors responsible for making the 1923-24 season so special. The exhibitor book has edge wear with small tears, light stains on the front cover, a large stain on the back cover, small chips in the spine, cover separation from the pages, and some page separations. The calendar has cover wear, including creases. Fine/Very Fine.
