    Offered in this lot is a collection of promotional flyers from movie theaters showing artwork and dates for films being shown. Included are six flyers for Century Theaters in New York including two from 1939 advertising The Little Princess, Each Dawn I Die, and more; two from 1941 advertising High Sierra, Flight Command, The Sea Wolf, The Lady Eve, and more; one from 1954 advertising The Caine Mutiny, Sabrina, Betrayed, and more; and one from 1955 advertising Interrupted Melody, East of Eden, and more. Also included are six flyers from Community Theatres including three from 1937 advertising The Last Gangster, Conquest, Wine Women and Horses, and more; and three from 1938 advertising The Adventures of Robin Hood, Road Demon, The Adventures of Marco Polo, and more. This lot also contains flyers for Loews Theaters (1928), The Island Theater in Hollis, New York (1942), Sunnyside's Amusement Guide (1928), and the New York premiere of The Hills of Ireland (55th Street Playhouse, 1951). Unrestored flyers with clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as mild edge and fold wear, a few horizontal folds, small fold separations, minute tears, creases, smudges, a few ink marks, subtle toning, or unobtrusive stains. The Loews Theater flyer has used ticket stubs adhered to the front cover.
