The World is Not Enough (MGM, 1999). Very Fine. Prop Caviar Tin (Diameter: 7.25; Height: 2"), Prop Caviar Jar (Diameter: 3"; Height: 1.75"), Factory Label (6" X 4"), & Casino Plaque Test Sheets (2) (6" X 2.75").
In The World is Not Enough, James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) seeks out former KGB agent Valentin Zukovsky (Robbie Coltrane) in connection with his assignment to protect oil heiress Elektra King (Sophie Marceau). In the film, Zukovsky's various business dealings have led him to owning a casino and a caviar factory, and offered here are items produced for the film from those fictional businesses. Included are three items from Zukovsky's caviar factory, the location of a memorable action sequence featuring James Bond being attacked by a helicopter with a buzzsaw attached to it. Included is a tin can, a glass bottle with metal lid, and a factory label, all of which have the Zukovsky Caviar logo and information printed on them. Also included are two test sheets for the casino plaques used in Zukovsky's casino. These sheets, with designs printed on both sides which are nearly identical to the design of the final plaques, are the only known examples of prototype test sheets made for the plaques in The World is Not Enough. The test sheets have no discernable wear, and the factory label has just a few tiny stains on the verso. The jar has scuffs on the glass as well as scratches and small dents on the lid. The label on the tin can has minor scuffs and minute tears, and the tin itself has some scuffs, smudges, scratches, and minute dents.
