    James Bond Poster Lot (Various, 1983-2008). German Museum Posters (4) (23.5" X 33" & 23.75" X 33"), & Posters (5) (17"-22" X 22.75"-28"). James Bond.
    Featured is a collection of German Museum posters for the James Bond Exhibition which was held at the Roemer & Pelizaeus Museum in Hildesheim, Germany in 1998 (the first Official German exhibition to Bond) in three different styles. They include a yellow style featuring the, at the time, five actors who portrayed Bond by famed illustrator Robert McGinnis, a stylized image of Bond by German artist Johann Zambryski, and two identical posters for the exhibition with a collage of photos and artwork. Also included in this lot is a limited edition (99/500) Japanese museum poster for the 007 Museum in Naoshima, Japan, a poster for a James Bond Film Festival (1983) with art by Glenn Harrington, two posters for the novels of James Bond: Win, Lose, or Die by John Gardner (1989) and the 100th Anniversary of Ian Fleming poster for the re-issuing of his novels from Penguin Books (2008), and a college poster for a production of From This Spy On (Keen College, 1981). Unrestored posters with bright color and clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, minor creases, corner bends, and small tears.
