    Description

Goldfinger (United Artists, 1964). Fine on Linen. Three Sheet (41.5" X 78.5").
For the third installment in the James Bond series, United Artists knew what the series was famous for and indulged audiences with this stunning three sheet: Bond girls, action, super-secret weapons, and evil villains. To this day, most Bond fans say that Goldfinger is the definitive Bond picture which all the others are measured against. Restoration efforts found on this three sheet include corrections to fold wear and separations, creasing, chips, and tears into the interior. The poster also displayed cuts in some of the images and tape stains along a few of the borders and folds. Some of these aforementioned issues are not fully addressed. The borders have been airbrushed and the poster has additional touchup in the upper image. There is a mild warp to the linen and the linen has a surface cut on the verso that does not affect the poster.
