Description

The Devil Doll (MGM, 1936). Lobby Card (11" X 14").
Lionel Barrymore portrays an escaped inmate from Devil's Island who uses a scientist formula to shrink people to enact vengeance on those who framed him. In this scene we see one of his victims, shrunken to do his evil bidding. The horror film was masterfully directed by Tod Browning. There were pinholes and tiny chips off of the corners. The borders have been airbrushed and there has been some additional slight color touch to the black background in the upper left area. Fine.
