Willis O'Brien's giant ape Kong is still King on this thrilling 1942 re-release one sheet! Fay Wray and friends react in terror as King Kong rips through New York City. Paper for this reissue very rarely shows up, especially in this size. There were pinholes in the background corners and in the middle of the bottom border, fold wear, a hole in the right border slightly into the background, slight paper loss in the top horizontal fold and below the 'N,' and along the bottom horizontal fold in Cabot's face. Expert restoration has addressed these signs of wear, resulting in an excellent show piece. Fine+ on Linen.
