Bedlam (RKO, 1946). Insert (14" X 36").
Val Lewton created this psychological-horror film that starred Boris Karloff as the supervisor of the infamous 18th century British insane asylum, St. Mary's of Bethlehem, better known as "Bedlam." Bright colors on this fantastic insert set the tone of this fright fest, and with very few flaws, this is a gem for horror collectors. Shows light stains along the right edge, two smudges in the left border, a small right border tear into the art, a top right corner bend, and slightly torn bottom left corner. There were two printings of this fabulous insert, one with the copyright on the left lower border. This one excludes the copyright information. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
